Residential and Small Commercial Standard Offer Program
The Residential and Small Commercial Standard Offer Program (RSC SOP, RSC) provides incentives to suppliers of energy efficiency services for the installation of qualifying projects targeting EPE's residential and small commercial customers. The primary objective of this program is to achieve cost-effective reductions in peak summer demand and energy.
This performance-based program provides payments for energy savings generated by installing energy efficiency measures in accordance with the program manual, which is available for downloaded via the left menu bar by clicking on "Program Manual" or from our downloads page. EPE will enter into Standard Offer Program Agreements for peak demand and energy savings with "Project Sponsors" who are typically energy efficiency service firms such as air conditioning contractors, insulation installers, lighting contractors or national energy service companies.

EPE's RSC program summary:
Program Information Workshops: December 6, 2007 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Mountain time.
Online application forms will be available December 13, 2007.
Applicants can submit their applications beginning January 14, 2008 at 1:30 PM Mountain Time. Application submittal does not guarantee funding. No Project Sponsor has unconditional entitlement to Standard Offer Program incentive funds.
Maximum funding per individual sponsor: $737,668.
Program Highlights
A few key features of this year's program are:
- Project Sponsors may install measures for both residential and small commercial customers under the same contract.
- Sponsors reserve and use funds in small increments to increase program access to a wide variety of project sponsors.
- Project applications will be accepted for as little as $250 in incentives.
- Project implementation period runs January through September 1, 2008.
